Warranty
PowerVision assures the initial purchaser, there will be no materials and workmanship defects. The duration of the warranty is calculated from the date of purchase and is specified in WARRANTY PERIOD of PRODUCT PARTS.
Pick-up service is included within EU Region and a pre-paid carrier label with be sent after creation of the ticket on our Support Portal. Detailed information can be found at https://support.eu.powervision.me/support/
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
If a hardware defect occurs during the warranty period, and PowerVision receives a valid claim, based on its own choice and within the scope of the law, PowerVision will:
(1) use new or refurbished spare parts to repair the product free of charge;or
(2) change a new or refurbished product .
If the product is defective and the above method is the only and exclusive remedy within the scope permitted by law, unless prohibited by applicable law , we may charge for shipping and handling fees.
This warranty is valid only within the jurisdiction of PowerVision or through the sale of the product by its authorized distributor or agent, or within the scope permitted by the applicable law of such jurisdiction. The warranty period for any replacement of the hardware is the remaining period of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, and the time will be subject to longer time, or any other time period for the jurisdiction.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER
Products or product components that have any personal changes or adjustment made without PowerVision authorization (for example, change the function or capacity) , shall not apply to the terms of the guarantee. Products or parts inserted also do not apply to the warranty clause.
In addition, the limited warranty does not apply to:
(a) damage caused when used together with non PowerVision products;
(b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes ;
(c) damage caused by using the product out of the allowed or specified range limited by PowerVision, or use the incorrect voltage or power ;
(d) damage caused by any of the personal service made without PowerVision authorization.
This limited warranty does not cover software, user data recovery or reinstall.
Any PowerVision dealers, agents, or employees have no right to make any change , extension, or increase to this limited warranty. If any clause is determined to be illegal or unable to perform, it should not affect or weaken the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
WHAT IS THE POWERCARE?
The PowerCare gives you an entire year of tranquillity: we’ve got you covered, literally. No matter the damage, we will repair it. And if the unit is totalled, we will swap it for a functional one!
The PowerCare includes all taxes plus all the “go-and-return” transportation fees in EU via UPS Standard.
During the one-year validity of the PowerCare you are entitled to:
– One unlimited repair/replacement
for a flat service fee of 199€
– One unlimited repair/replacement
for a flat service fee of 299€.
– One scheduled maintenance
for a flat service fee of 99€ (instead of 199€)

I NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER MY WARRANTY
In order to obtain warranty service, you must send the product to the address specified by PowerVision, and use the original packaging or provide the same degree of protection packaging. Under applicable law, PowerVision may require you to provide evidence of purchase details, and/or compliance with the registration requirements before obtaining a secured service. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other material that you store or store with your product. Such data, software or other materials may be lost or formatted during maintenance, and PowerVision shall not be liable for any such damage or loss.
This limited warranty applies only to products that are made by PowerVision, authorized by PowerVision, and can be identified with the PowerVision trademark, trade name or logo. The limited warranty does not apply to any (a) non PowerVision products and services.
REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
PowerVision will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty.
BEFORE sending anything to PowerVision, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the main Support Page. We are often able to solve the problem quickly via email.
If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Prepare a package to return to PowerVision.
Please include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem.
Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address based on received instructions.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR BROKEN DEVICE
In case you experience any crash, hit or your device is broken or misoperational in any way, it is always recommended to send your device to PowerVision Repair Center. That will prevent your device from further damages.
NOTE: Do not disassemble the drone by yourself as it will result in lost warranty. Any other third parties are not authorized to perform any repair activities.
In order to report the broken device, please contact our Support Center and provide the following data:
FULL NAME
SHIPPING ADDRESS
PHONE NUMBER
DRONE SERIAL NUMBER
We will create the UPS import label and send you the RMA FORM.
IT IS AN OBLIGATORY DOCUMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE DRONE.

Please print it out and fill out the information about package content and your data.
Make sure it is inside the box.
Attach the UPS label to the package and schedule the collection at www.ups.com or take it to the UPS drop-off point.
In case of any shipment from outside the EU, you will also receive pro-forma invoice for customs clearance purpose.
As soon as your package is delivered our Technical Department will evaluate your device and inform you about the damages estimation.
In case of repair which are included in warranty, it will be performed immediately to avoid extended waiting time.
Once verified, it will be sent back with UPS courier. Tracking number will be previously provided so that you could monitor your device in transit.
If there is no defect recognized and device results to be fully operational, the cost of technical evaluation amounts €99.
When the damages of your device are mechanically made or result from misusage, you will receive the repair estimation.
Please kindly note that since that day, there are 30 day for payment.
In the absence of payment within that period, device will be disposed of.
